所謂空間智能化并不是指有單一終端控制下的智能單品集合,而是利用綜合布線、網絡通信、 安全防范、自動控制、音視頻等技術類別,將生活有關的設施集成,構建高效的管理系統工程,它是建立在自動化和信息化基礎上的更高層級的控制方式,實現人與產品間更復雜多元化的溝通,從而提升使用的舒適度及人性化設計,面向未來,展現高科技的魅力,是可以滿足私人定制、任意組合的一體化服務體系。 項目說明 基于“智能生活”的定位與產品展陳體驗的根本訴求,我們提出“模塊空間”的設計理念,以“圓角模塊”作為體驗功能空間的基本載體,將形式統一,功能各異的空間塊嵌套排列來組織線性空間,使功能排布層次明晰且科學理性。 清晰明確的參觀體驗使產品優勢得以高效傳達。柔和的弧線邊緣,有序整合在一起的模塊空間,再加以材質色調的統一應用,也呼應了“智能生活”所追求的“模塊化”、“一體化”、“自由式”、“科技感”、“未來風”定位。 在對空間進行功能性與人群使用習慣分析的基礎上,我們模塊化后的空間進行了重新組織:展示櫥窗位于入口一側,對外讓出開闊的視覺界面, 對內則形成一部分相對私密空間,使得品牌形象區和會客區得以根據視線關系合理分布;陳列區展臺滿足產品展示需求的同時,貫徹弧度線條柔化邊界,進行錯位放置,一定程度上也起到限定空間、暗示空間動線的作用;對于“穿梭”的主體——體驗區進行合理擴充,并且將視覺效果最佳的客廳排布在第一界面上,創造極具視覺沖擊力的入口體驗。

Thereby the characteristics, advantages, and use methods of each product in different scenes could also be reasonably and clearly displayed. 吧臺洽談區主要針對購買意向較強顧客,用于顧客與店員深入交流產品信息及購買意向。吧臺置于平面一角,借助櫥窗的遮擋,在店內創造了一處相對私密的空間。 The bar negotiation area is mainly for customers with strong purchase intentions, and is used for in-depth exchange of product information and purchase intentions between customers and shop assistants. The bar counter is placed at the corner of the plane. Under the cover of the shop window, it could create a relatively private space in the store. 場景體驗區地面抬高兩級臺階,構建領域感與進入的儀式感。展示單元間以電控玻璃做隔斷,因而店員可在客廳處通過功能總控面板向顧客演示全套產品的一體化聯動效果。 The ground level of the scene experience area is raised by two steps to build a sense of realm and entering ceremony. 為體現空間的未來科技感,同時突出產品,在整體的材料選擇上,采用混油木飾面及環氧地坪漆創造了純粹的白色空間基調,地板與墻體連接處的弧面和天花板與墻體連接處的弧面均采用鍍鋅方管搭建造型骨架,地坪漆通過數碼調控以達與墻面的無色差銜接,提供給參與者一種室內地面、天花和墻體一體化的高科技未來感的體驗,不會喧賓奪主而是將注意力完全投注在產品上從而使得其特質得以最大化的呈現。 In order to reflect the sense of future technology in the space, and at the same time to highlight the product, in the overall material selection, the use of mixed oil wood finishes and epoxy floor paint creates a pure white space tone.
